Founding motives
I am naturally resourceful and want to implement my business ideas and
I want to make it happen, but I'm only one person. This motivated the founding of my
Business. I want to share my business ideas and bring them to life with the help of my clients. However, my main goal is to make a contribution on a societal level and support people in realizing their dreams.

My core responsibilities include the implementation of strategies in practice, as well as their development, implementation and management.
With my academic focus in Management, Controlling & Information (BA), I possess in-depth expertise in market- and cost-oriented process control, budget planning, and data analysis. I combine analytical thinking with a structured, data-driven basis for decision-making.
In parallel, my diverse practical experience in retail, youth and residential care, and supported living has significantly shaped my intercultural competence, conflict resolution skills, organizational talent, and empathy. This combination of business expertise and social competence enables me to provide holistic consulting services to companies and support their development both strategically and personally.
